Data deletion
Superspatial, Inc.
What this page does
Use the form below to ask us to delete your Superspatial account and the data associated with it. Submitting the form opens a request. It does not delete anything on its own: anyone can type an email address into a public form, so we confirm that you control the account email before we remove anything. We may ask you for more information to establish that, and we will not act on a request we cannot verify.
This covers accounts created in the TimeSpace app, whether you signed in with Google, signed in with a Superspatial email and password, or created an account in the app.
You do not need an account to use this page.If you joined the waitlist or wrote to us through the contact form, we hold the details you gave us there, and you can ask us to delete those in exactly the same way. Choose “I don’t have an app account” in the form below.
What we delete
When we act on a verified request, we delete:
- Your account and its sign-in credential.
- Your profile, including your display name and any contact details held on it.
- Your conversation records: the transcript of what you said, the character’s answers, and the account and device identifiers attached to them, wherever we hold them. That includes our database, our analytics store, the individual stored copies of each conversation turn, and the traces kept by the tooling we use to debug the AI.
- Your conversation time balance.
- Any waitlist entry or contact-form message you sent us, along with the name and email address attached to it.
Uninstalling the app separately removes the conversation log the app keeps locally on the glasses. That log is never uploaded, so it is not part of what we hold.
One limit, stated plainly. If you talked to a character before signing in, that conversation was recorded against the glasses rather than against your account, so we have no way to tell it was yours. We cannot include those in a deletion request, and we would rather say so than imply a completeness we cannot deliver. If you think this applies to you, mention it in the form and we will tell you what we can and cannot find.
What we keep, and why
- Your purchase receipt, without your account identifier. A receipt is what stops a single purchase being redeemed again on a different account. Deleting it would break that protection, so we keep it and strip your account identifier from it, leaving only the purchase reference, what it granted, and when.
- Raw server logs. Our systems write operational log entries that cannot be edited or removed individually once written. We do not delete these in response to a request. They age out on our standard logging retention period.
- Your request itself, and our correspondence about it. We keep a record that you asked, that we confirmed it was you, and what we did. That record is how we can show a regulator the request was honoured, so deleting it would defeat its own purpose. It is kept separately from the data it asks us to remove.
- Anything we are required to keep to comply with the law, to resolve a dispute, or to prevent fraud and abuse.
How long it takes
We complete verified deletion requests within 30 days of receiving them. If we need more information before we can act, we will contact you at the address you give us below.
